Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Volume & Vision. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Not Happy With Your Order: We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.


Shipping Policy

We ship to most locations worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent via email once shipped.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and send a replacement if confirmed lost.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
